Summary of Changes to the 2022 Intro, Standard, Advanced, Community, and the Aira Legacy Plans and Your Options

How to use this Quick Reference

Once you have checked either in your Aira app or on your monthly invoice and know the name of your Aira plan, find that plan name below and read the short summary of your options.

Intro Plan

  • If you are actively enrolled in the 2022 Intro Plan for 30 minutes at a rate of $29.00 per month, you can stay on this plan through 12/31/23 and enjoy the same rate.  
  • In the later part of 2023, you will be asked to move to a new plan.  
  • If you are not on this plan now, you can still enroll in it until 01/31/23.

Standard Plan

  • If you are actively enrolled in the 2022 Standard Plan for 120 minutes at a rate of $99.00 per month, you can stay on this plan through 12/31/23 and enjoy the same rate.  
  • In the later part of 2023, you will be asked to move to a new plan.  
  • If you are not on this plan now, you can still enroll in it until 01/31/23.

Advanced Plan

  • If you are actively enrolled in the 2022 Advanced Plan for 300 minutes at a rate of $199.00 per month, you can stay on this plan through 12/31/23 and enjoy the same rate.  
  • In the later part of 2023, you will be asked to move to a new plan.  
  • If you are not on this plan now, you can still enroll in it until 01/31/23.

NFB, ACB, RNIB, CCB, or AEBC Plan

  • If you are actively enrolled in one of these 2022 Community Plans, you can stay on the plan through 12/31/23 and enjoy the same rate.  
  • In the later part of 2023, you will be asked to move to a new plan.  
  • If you are not on this plan now, you can still enroll in it until 01/31/23.

Advisor, Aira Active, AT&T Employee Unlimited, Australia Minutes, Basic, Basic GSA, Basic Pilot, Plus, Plus Pilot, Premium, Pro, Pro GSA, Pro VR, Site, Site NFB, Starter, VA Aira Service, or Value Plan

  • If you are actively enrolled in any one of these Legacy Plans, it will end on 01/16/23 and you must move to an available plan, either a 2022 Retail plan now or a 2023 Retail plan once announced.  
  • This change needs to be complete by 01/31/23 to avoid interruption in service.
