What is the Aira Explorer Program?

It is our first-ever program offered to Aira users this year. By signing up for the program, you stand to be one of the few selected people who will have the chance to experience a leading-edge technology that is already empowering blind and visually impaired people to further experience their world like never before.

Selected Aira Explorers will participate as the first 200 users of the Aira service. The Aira Explorer program is intended to further advance our product and service to a superior quality. We seek Explorers who are open to learning from failure, in addition to those who can provide constructive feedback and who are enthusiastic about being part of a team engaged in shaping a quality product for millions of blind and visually impaired persons.

Participation in the Explorer program also requires a no-obligation "commitment deposit" of $99 (refundable at any time during the program) that will be applied to your account. The selected Explorers are free to choose any Aira monthly subscription ranging between $39 and $199 (subject to change) depending on the service plan you choose when the service is rolled out between November 2016 and March of 2017. Most of our plans will include our wearable smart glasses and Aira Explorers are also entitled to discounted pricing.

Customer Deposit and Reservation Agreement

CUSTOMER DEPOSIT AND RESERVATION FORM

This Agreement ("Agreement") contains terms and conditions upon which Aira Tech Corp. ("Aira Tech") intends to offer reservations for certain customers to access the Explorer version of the Aira Tech services ("Services"). This Agreement is entered into as of the Effective Date set forth below by and between Aira Tech and the customer who has executed this Agreement ("you" or "Customer").

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

By signing this Agreement, you agree to make an advanced payment of $99 as a deposit to participate in the Explorer group for the Services. Aira Tech intends to offer its Services to certain applicants who sign this Agreement and make a deposit, however, there are no guarantees that any customers will be selected nor that the order of selecting customers for such Services will be based solely on which customers render their deposits earlier in time.

If you sign this Agreement and make the deposit and Aira Tech does not offer you the Services, you will be promptly notified ("Non-Acceptance Notice") and you will be entitled to a full refund of the $99 deposit within 30 business days from the date of such Non-Acceptance Notice. If you sign this Agreement and make the deposit and Aira Tech offers you the Services, you will be promptly notified ("Acceptance Notice") and your $99 deposit will be applied as a prepayment against the initial cost of the Services.

TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE

If selected for the Services, the cost and terms of participating in the Explorer version and being offered the Services will be determined by Aira Tech and detailed in the Acceptance Notice. If you do not agree to the cost or terms of such Services, you must give Aira Tech written notice of your decision to demand a refund ("Refund Demand") promptly after receiving an Acceptance Notice. Within 30 business days following receipt of such Refund Demand or as soon as practicable thereafter, Aira Tech will refund the $99 deposit to you.

If you accept the cost and terms for the Services as set forth in the Acceptance Notice, you will be provided with instructions for registering for and receiving such Services. Costs for the Services may entail one-time payments (for example, for the smartglass technology device) and recurring fees (for example, for ongoing support and service). Customers will also pay any applicable shipping, insurance, taxes, duties and similar fees of whatever nature levied on the rendering of such Services (other than taxes on Aira Tech’s net income). By registering to receive the Services, you agree to Aira Tech’s Terms of Service, updated as of June 8, 2016 (available at, https://aira.io/terms-of-service), and Privacy Policy, updated as of June 8, 2016 (available at, https://aira.io/privacy-policy), as the same may be updated and amended from time to time without further notice to you. You also acknowledge that, as a condition to registering for and/or receiving the Services, you may be required to enter into further agreements or other documents with Aira Tech related to the provision of the Services.

TERMS OF REFUND; NO GUARANTEES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

If you are not selected for the Services or do not agree to the proposed cost or terms set forth in the Acceptance Notice and you have made a $99 deposit, you will be entitled to a refund of $99 (without interest), which will be paid to you within 30 business days of the receipt by Aira Tech of a Refund Demand or the delivery to you of a Non-Acceptance Notice (or as soon as practicable thereafter) by check to the address listed below. Aira Tech does not guarantee that any customer will be selected for the Services, regardless of whether he or she has signed this Agreement and made a deposit and whether he or she has signed this Agreement and made a deposit before any other customer. Aira Tech does not represent or warrant that (i) the Services will meet any expectations of Customer, (ii) the Services will be the same (or operate the same as) hardware or software made available to any other customer, (iii) the Services will operate in combination with other hardware or software systems or data not provided by Aira Tech, or (iv) the operation of the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Aira Tech is not a deposit taking institution and any deposits received are not covered by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and are subject to total loss. IN NO EVENT WILL AIRA TECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR IF SUCH DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE. THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES OR THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU TO AIRA TECH TO USE THE SERVICES WHICH IS NOT YET EARNED; AND (B) $10.00.

The "Effective Date" of this Agreement will be the date Aira has successfully completed your registration.
