As part of Visit Mesa’s on-going mission to ensure Mesa, Arizona is one of the nation’s most accessible travel destinations, City of Mesa is becoming an Aira Access partner.  Aira will be made available at no-cost to residents as well as visitors who are blind or have low vision, beginning on Oct. 15, 2021, which is national Blind Americans Equality Day.

Prior to arrival in Mesa, visitors can download the Aira app to their smartphone (both iOS and Android apps are available) and get access to a trained Aira Agent who can assist with trip planning. While within Mesa or Queen Creek, residents and visitors can access an Agent to guide them throughout any hotel, restaurant, attraction, museum, entertainment venue, transportation service, public building, or recreational site.
