This is where you’ll find announcements about changes to our service or new offerings in our app, including promotions. We have two important pieces of information to bring you this month.
Introducing Aira Wallet
Aira Wallet is a new payment feature that gives you the opportunity to use multiple payment methods for your monthly Aira service.
With Aira Wallet, you can specify primary and secondary payment methods. For example, your monthly subscription fee can be applied to one charge card and the charge for additional minutes can be applied to another card. You can have a primary card and a secondary card for each subscription.
Aira Wallet is available for immediate use in all of our markets. In order to take advantage of this new feature, you will need to contact Customer Care to set up and manage this in your account on our payment platform. Eventually the ability to specify multiple payment methods will be in the Aira app itself.
Terms of Service Changes
Effective immediately, we have updated our terms of service. You will notice a prompt to agree to the new terms before continuing in the Aira app. Here are the sections that have changed.
- refinements to the policy on street crossings
- clarification of unacceptable behavior
- clarification of using your account to demonstrate the Aira service

August Agent-Voted Promo – Home Improvement
This month you can tackle those home improvement chores, like setting HVAC and security system controls, cleaning or checking the yard and gutters. These promotions are suggested and voted on by our agents, based on tasks they enjoy completing with you. Thanks to Agent Ginger for this month’s winner.
You can make 4 calls from now through August 31. Each call can be up to 15 minutes in length.

We’re proud to call the University of Pennsylvania an Aira Access Partner. Penn Museum, an archaeology and anthropology museum at the University, has added Aira to their menu of experiences. By offering Aira’s visual interpreting, the Museum is able to make their highly visual virtual lecture series more accessible and inclusive to the broadest population.

There’s something for everyone from general interest to deeply expert topics. If something of interest doesn’t include the word virtual in its title, check the location, it may also be offered virtually.
