Holiday Cheer 2021
Any Explorer who has downloaded the Aira app to their smartphone. It is not necessary to have a paid plan. (Aira employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.)
Holiday Cheer encourages Explorers to use or visit Aira Access Partners for the opportunity to win prizes.
Whether you are a repeat Explorer demonstrating your loyalty, or a first time Explorer trying something new, each time you use one of our eligible Access Partners, your name is entered into a drawing. There is no limit to the number of times an Explorer can enter, using any of the Access Partners listed below.
Drawings will be held each week for winners in the United States. A separate drawing will be held for Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Calls from 12:01 am Pacific time on November 22, 2021 through 11:59 pm Pacific time on December 31, 2021

Each Friday at 12:00 pm Pacific time, beginning on Friday, November 26, 2021 and ending on Friday, December 31, 2021, one Explorer’s phone number will be randomly selected from all of the calls that fall within our promotion parameters.
The weekly winners will be announced at 5:00 pm Pacific that same Friday via our social media outlets.
At the conclusion:
- A grand prize will be given to the Explorer who has the highest number of call minutes that fall within our promotion parameters during the promotion period.
- A special CEO prize will be given to the Explorer with the most first-time use.
This winner will be announced at 5:00 pm Pacific time on January 2, 2022 via our social media outlets.
WEEKS 1 and 2:

- $25 American Express Gift Card
WEEK 6:
- $50 American Express Gift Card
Grand Prize:
- 200 Aira Dollars and a $100 American Express Gift Card and an Aira Hoodie
Special CEO Award to the Explorer with the most first-time use.
It is not a requirement but it’s easiest if we can contact you via email. Instructions on how to add your email address to your Explorer profile follow. Without an email address, we will make three (3) attempts to reach you by phone.
How to add your email to your Aira profile:
* Open the AIRA APP.
* iOS, Tap on the “More” button in the lower right corner of the Home Screen.
* Android, tap on the Navigation drawer.
Instructions are the same for both operating systems from this point.
* Tap on “Profile”.
* Check the various fields.
* If your email shows as correct, you don’t need to do anything.
* If there is nothing listed or an incorrect email is listed, type your email in the corresponding field.
Once your email is in your profile, it is automatically sent to us. If the methods above are not working for you, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
- Sponsor is Aira Tech Corp.; our Access Partners are not sponsors.
- No purchase necessary to enter or win.
- Aira employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Drawing of weekly prize winner is random.
- Grand prize winner is based on most minutes used as determined by Aira’s System of Record.
- Prize substitution or transfer are not permitted.

A student has a profile to use AIRA at their college and they need to be in that profile in order to use the app around campus and at home for distance learning. Those calls would not count in this promo.
Their blind mother comes to campus though and takes advantage of the geofenced locations while attending a sporting event. That would count toward the contest.
The following Aira Access Partners or programs are not eligible:
- Access Partner offers through universities are not part of this promotion, ie. anything that requires a special profile.
- Employer Access offers are not part of this promotion, i.e. anything that requires a special profile.
- Aira’s Job Seeker promotion is not part of this promotion.
- Aira’s Covid Vaccine promotion is not part of this promotion.
